Before launching SIMPLE, industry veterans and powerhouse duo, Louisa Gillen and Chris Palminteri spent 16 years as a top producing team at The Corcoran Group closing more than 250 transactions totaling over $350 million. When clients choose SIMPLE, they work directly with Louisa and Chris who are hands-on from beginning to end – no junior agents showing and managing the sales process. Louisa and Chris find great value in showing their exclusives especially when it comes down to the negotiating table. They are always surprised how many agents delegate this important aspect of their profession to team members.
Louisa and Chris are extremely knowledgeable and hardworking, are committed to providing individual attention and high-touch service, and they each bring their own unique style and insight to the table. Chris’s effective interpersonal skills and expert negotiating techniques complement Louisa’s attention to detail, ability to listen and analytical prowess. Their commitment to professionalism, honesty, and transparency makes them trusted partners by their clients and has gained them a loyal base of repeat customers.
When you choose SIMPLE, you are gaining unique and unrivaled value.
